We are looking for a motivated and qualified Portuguese language teacher for middle school. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching Portuguese to students in grades 7–9. The goal of the instruction is to develop students' language skills, cultural understanding, and communication abilities. You will work as part of a language teaching team and participate in the school's pedagogical planning and events.
Teaching is conducted according to the curriculum, and the teacher is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating lessons. You will use diverse teaching methods and utilize digital learning environments. You will encourage students to actively participate and create a safe and inspiring learning atmosphere.
Success in this position requires excellent Portuguese language skills, pedagogical competence, and the ability to engage with young people individually. We value collaboration skills, flexibility, and a desire to develop your teaching. Experience in teaching middle school-aged students and using educational technology is considered an advantage.
